Rusty Pearce

Director of IT

Rusty Pearce joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in May of 2020. With over 20 years of experience in the IT field and a degree in electronic technology, Rusty brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. He holds more than 8 certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), A+, and multiple Microsoft certifications.


Rusty's passion for IT began early; he started working in the field at the age of 14 and achieved his first certification (A+) before entering high school. Throughout high school, he was actively involved in basic repair and troubleshooting.


Outside of work, Rusty enjoys spending time with his animals and friends, and hiking. Currently, he is pursuing his CISSP certification to further enhance his professional qualifications.

Daniel G. Loya graduated from New Mexico State University (NMSU) with a bachelor’s degree in international business in 2006. For the past 20 years, Daniel has been actively involved in the telecommunications, customer support, and sales field. As the telecom industry evolves, customer experience (CX) becomes a critical differentiator. Operators are striving to improve CX by offering personalized interactions and addressing customer needs proactively.

Lynn Tran, IT Tech I, joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co., in the IT department in December 2023. Lynn is a graduate of the NMSU earning a Bachelor’s Degree with a in Computer Information Technology in May 2024. Lynn provides internal assistance with multiple technology and computer issues as they arise at Beasley Mitchell, & Co. Lynn enjoys traveling to explore different cultures and spending time with family and friends.

Ruben Martinez joined Beasley, Mitchell and Co. as IT Tech I March of 2025. Ruben is a graduate of Western Technical College earning an Associate’s Degree in Information Systems and Security, which he earned in February of 2023. He brings customer service experience, as well as telecommunications and cyber-security. Ruben enjoys to exercise, spend time with his cats and learning new languages.

Rosa De la Rosa joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in June 2025 as an IT Tech I. She holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. With over six years of experience in the tech industry, Rosa brings a strong background in escalations support and customer service, specializing in resolving complex software, network, and hardware issues across a wide range of devices. Outside of work, she is committed to continuous learning, actively pursuing certifications to stay current with evolving technologies and industry standards. She loves hiking, it's an animal person and loves outdoor activities.
