Lourdes Vannier has over 17 years of experience in accounting and taxation services. She has been with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. for 13 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Accountancy with a Minor in Finance from New Mexico State University in 2000. Her professional background includes accounting and taxation services for individuals and all types of business and multi-state entities, with a concentration on taxation for not-for-profit organizations.

Lourdes is fluent in English and Spanish and loves to offer professional services to our Spanish speaking clients. She participates and volunteers throughout different organizations in our community. A native of Lima, Peru, she is the proud mother of five children, three of them Peruvian-born who served in the US Army and the US Marines. She is the former President of the Accounting and Financial Women’s Alliance (AFWA) Las Cruces chapter and currently serves as President of the Peruvian Association in El Paso Texas (APEP).

AndrewClaussenAndrew Claussen, CPA

Andrew Claussen has been with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. since 2009. Andrew has a Master of Accountancy from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology. Andrew provides individual, corporate, and retirement plan tax preparation services, financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations. Andrew has concentrations in retirement plans, and information technology. Andrew is a member of the Doña Ana Chapter of CPAs, and Las Cruces Toastmasters. Andrew earned his CPA license in February 2012, and is an Eagle Scout.

Juan Garcia, MBA

Juan serves as a Senior Accountant in the assurance and audit department. He joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co., LLP in 2016 after starting his public accounting career in 2014.  Juan has a Master’s in Business Administration with a Finance Specialization.  He has worked on for profit, not-for-profit and governmental entities, and receives extensive yellow book training on a regular basis. Juan also has experience in external audit, risk assessment, and control assurance to many Governmental entities.  Prior to becoming an accountant, Juan owned and operated three jewelry stores for 10 years. His business experience and accounting background allow him to provide small business consulting to many clients. Juan is a member of the Texas Society of CPAs.

Abhishek Chettry
Avi Chettry

Avi Chettry joined Beasley Mitchell & Co. as a Staff Accountant in May of 2015. Avi earned both his Bachelors and Masters of Accountancy from University of New Mexico (UNM). Prior to joining Beasley Mitchell & Co., Avi was an internal audit intern at UNM Internal Audit Department. Avi assists on audit and accounting engagements and performs review and compilation of financial statements.

AmrSakkaAmr Sakka, CPA

Amr joined Beasley, Mitchell & Co. in October 2014. He has a double Masters in Accounting and Auditing. Amr has extensive experience with assurance services for various industries including construction, not-for-profit and governmental entities. Before coming to Beasley, Mitchell & Co., Amr spent four years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Syria, where he was in charge of auditing international clients in Telecommunication, Oil and Gas, and Banking. He successfully managed the Initial Public Offering of one of the biggest insurance companies in Syria in 2010, listing it in the Damascus Securities Exchange. His international experience brings unique skills to Beasley, Mitchell & Co. In 2017 he became a member of the Dona Ana Chapter of CPAs. Amr is currently serving as a vice-president of the Dona Ana Chapter of CPAs. He is also a member of the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants, and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In his spare time, Amr enjoys drawing and is an amateur cartoonist.
