2011 Web Organizer / Tax Return

We are pleased to offer you an alternative version of your traditional paper Client Organizer. The Web Client Organizer is an electronic version of your paper Client Organizer that allows you to access and complete your organizer through a personalized private web portal. The web portal is a convenient and highly secure environment and comes with a unique password to control access.

Completing your Web Client Organizer is a simple process that starts with an email message from our office, notifying you that your Client Organizer is ready to be accessed. The email message will contain information on how to gain access to and complete your Web Client Organizer.

Like the paper version, the Web Client Organizer screens will contain information from your prior year income tax return to help you complete the current year information with minimal time and effort. There are screens for entering additional information or submitting questions to our office. You may attach and send additional files with your Web Client Organizer to our office. This is a convenient and secure way to send information regarding the preparation of your tax return without having to mail or deliver these documents to our office. You can attach the following types of files to your Web Client Organizer: Microsoft® Money® or Quicken® tax exchange format (.txf), Microsoft® Excel® (.xls), Microsoft® Word® (.doc, .rtf), Adobe® Reader® (.pdf), image files (.jpg, .bmp, .tif, .png), and web pages (.html).

To access and process a Web Client Organizer you need to meet the following system requirements:

  • A Windows 7, Windows Vista, or Windows XP Professional operating system. The Web Client Organizer is not supported on operating systems that are no longer supported by the manufacturer. Operating systems no longer supported by Microsoft include Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows 2000, and Windows NT 4.0 Workstation.
  • Internet access with browser. Supported browsers include Apple® Safari® version 5.0 or higher, Google Chrome™, Microsoft Internet Explorer® version 8.0 or higher, or Mozilla® Firefox® version 3.0 or higher. 128-bit encryption is recommended.
  • An email service.
  • Adobe Reader version 9.0 or higher. If you do not already have it installed on your computer, you can download the free Acrobat Reader from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

If you would like to utilize the Web Client Organizer in lieu of a paper version and meet all the system requirements outlined above, or would like to learn more about it, please contact Andrew Claussen at 575-528-6700 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
