Donald A. Beasley, CPA, Founding Partner

Don has worked in the accounting field for 37 years. He earned his accounting degree from New Mexico State University in 1972. He founded Beasley, Mitchell & Co LLC in November 1987. Initially it was a three person staff, and through the years it has grown to a staff of 32.
Don provides business consulting to our clients and specializes in Tax Planning and Advising for Closely Held Businesses. In addition, he spends a large amount of time assisting clients in maximizing their profits and also in the transition of their business.
Don is very active in local civic and charitable work. He was one of the founding Board Members of the Mesilla Valley Hospice and also served as President of the New Mexico University Foundation. He has served on various Accounting boards and has lectured for various accounting organizations.
Don looks forward to the continued growth of our client base, the community and the Firm.

Beth Fant, Enrolled Agent/Managing Partner

Beth Fant, Enrolled Agent/Managing Partner

Beth has been with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. for twenty years. She began her career as a bookkeeper and tax preparer and worked six years for a small CPA firm in Mississippi. At Beasley, Mitchell & Co., she leads the accounting services department and is the Managing Partner for the firm. Beth provides accounting and tax services to a broad range of clients and specializes in the needs of small businesses, including healthcare providers, farmers and the transportation industry. Beth is a problem solver and has assisted many clients with difficult income tax, payroll tax and gross receipts tax issues.
Beth has been very active in community service and presently serves on the Healthcare Foundation Board of Trustees.

Christine Esquibel Wright, CPA, Partner

Christine Esquibel Wright, CPA, Partner

Christine provides leadership to Beasley, Mitchell & Company’s Tax and Consulting division. Christine has over 16 years of tax and consulting experience including consulting with business owners, tax planning and tax preparation for companies and individuals, court appointed receiverships, pension consulting, litigation support and strategic planning.
Christine is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. She earned her B.A. from New Mexico Highlands University and earned the AICPA’s Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning and Advising for Closely Held Businesses.
Christine is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and many other professional organizations. She has served as past-president of the Doña Ana Chapter of CPAs, board member of the NM Society of Public Accountants, past treasurer and current treasurer-elect of La Casa, in addition to volunteer work with various other community organizations.

Brad M. Beasley, CPA, Partner

Brad M. Beasley, CPA, Partner

Brad has been with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. for four years. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas. Brad brings to the firm experience in Internal Audit and SEC compliance work that he gained while working the in gaming industry. Since returning to Las Cruces, Brad has been active in several community and civic organizations as well as serving on the State Board of the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants.
At Beasley, Mitchell & Co., Brad provides accounting and tax services to a broad range of clients with concentration in construction bonding, the transportation industry and franchise operations. He recently completed advanced training designed for emerging partners of CPA Firms.
